We had a washing machine that was leaking and it was a bit of a mystery as to why. We had called a different company initially who told us the washing machine was dirty - not helpful. I found American Appliance Repair on Yelp. I called at 4:30p and they showed up that night. They took their time to really check things out. After some trial and error and three additional calls my washer is fixed. Although it was disappointing the ultimate resolution wasn't an obvious fix (not their fault), I very much appreciate the responsiveness each time I reached back out and the fact they stuck with the problem until they figured it out - and without charging me anything more than what I paid the first night. I will definitely keep their number on hand for future business.
